Many of you are aware that there have been coyote sightings not far from our community, and unfortunately they have attacked pets.
Dogs are to be leased at all times and under the control of the unit owners or their guests. Please keep your dogs leashed at all times; regardless of their size. This is for the safety of your furry friends, and the safety / community enjoyment of others.
Dog waste must be picked up, not only for health concerns, but for community enjoyment but this is a Coral Springs Ordinance (Ord. No. 98-130, § 2, 11-17-98) . Fines will be imposed on owners, renters and their guests.

Waste -Pro is contracted to collect Monday & Thursday. *Note Bulk trash is picked on Mondays: Recyclables on Thursdays. The city of Coral Springs requires waste containers must be kept from street view when not out for pick-up. They also require bins are out the prior evening after 7p.
Coral Springs Code Compliance has issued citations for this. Should the community receive the citation because of a homeowner/tenant the $500 fine and any legal expenses will be assessed to the unit owner.
Owners and renters are responsible for their guests. This includes parking and community guidelines. Board members may and can ask for identifiable information, for example which townhome are you associated with. ***SHOULD WE ADD anything more??***

Please note that we have 3 guest parking spaces and one Handicap Accessible space. Residents are required to leave these spots for visitors to the community. Do not park in roadways or any undesignated parking spaces. Fines, stickers, and up to towing.
**ADDITIONAL PARKING**
MediArts In The Springs Plaza next door. Located at 2901 Coral Hills Dr. Coral Springs, FL 33065 has granted access to park our vehicles.
THERE ARE A FEW RULES:
* DONT'T LEAVE TRASH.
* PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS.
* MOVE YOUR CAR DAILY (even if it’s just to a different spot).
* DO NOT HANG OUT IN THE MEDIARTS PARKING LOT.
* DO NOT WORK ON VEHICLES.
Failure to follow to follow parking rules at The Hamlet and the MediArts Plaza can and will incur stickers, fines and up to towing at the resident or visitors expense.
*Note there is security at the plaza: they can at anytime deny our usage.
Kindly follow the rules, so we can continue use.
The pool is open from dawn to dusk. Maximum of 8 persons at a time in the pool. Note there is not a lifeguard on duty. Adult supervision is required for all under the age of 18.**
Glass items are not allowed in the pool area.
Guests are allowed to use the pool as long as they are accompanied by an adult resident.
Pool is not to be used for private.
Maintenance is done on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
It is important that all residents and guests clean up after themselves.
Please collect all items i.e... towels, water bottles, sun block etc., as we do not have daily janitorial staff. Let us all make the pool experience amazing for the next group using the pool. Fines will be assessed to unit owners for failure to follow the community guidelines.
